Product Name
Gingivitis Irrigator
Product structure and composition
The gingivitis rinser is composed of medical polyethylene container and gargle; the gargle is composed of chlorhexidine acetate, menthol and glycerol.
Effect
Gingivitis rinser can effectively inhibit the production of various gingivitis mediators, gingivitis treatment, improve periodontal health, inhibit plaque formation, reduce gingival bleeding, and have a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.It has bactericidal and anti-inflammation, swelling and pain relief, deodorization, antiserum and scale removal effects.It can inhibit plaque and suspicious pathogenic bacteria of oral cavity, maintain oral cleanliness, clear mouth, remove odor of oral cavity, prevent secondary infection of oral cavity, periodontal disease and respiratory infection, and ensure oral health of patients.
Scope of Application
The gingivitis rinser is suitable for oral disinfection nursing and effective prevention and treatment of gingivitis, periodontitis, caries, oral ulcer, respiratory tract infection, sore throat, etc. It is also suitable for oral care of pregnant and lying-in women, patients after surgery, and patients after receiving chemotherapy.
Precautions
For gargling only, oral use is prohibited.
Storage
Shade, seal and store in a cool and dry place.
Usage
150 ml type
1. Open the outer cover of the gingivitis rinser, tilt the bottle and pour the rinse into the inlet cavity (about 10-15ml).
2. Close the lips and agitate the cheeks so that the rinse flushes the mouth repeatedly, and spit out the rinse after about 1 minute.
3. Generally three times a day, once a day in the morning, midnight and evening;
200ml type
1. Open the outer cover of gingivitis rinser, and press the bottle vertically upward, squeezing the sides of the liquid storage bottle.
2. When the flushing fluid reaches the bottle mouth, remove the pressure on the bottle body and pour the remaining flushing fluid (about 15 ml) at the bottle neck into the inlet cavity.
3. Close the lips and agitate the cheeks so that the rinse flushes the mouth repeatedly, and vomit the rinse after about 1 minute.
4. Generally, three times a day, once a day in the morning, midnight and evening;
* When giving oral care to comatose patients, use an opener and wipe the mouth with cotton ball dipped in the rinse of gingivitis rinser so that the rinse is spread all over the mouth and remove the cotton ball.
Product advantages
(1) Principle of sterilization
The gingivitis rinser uses cell wall breaking principle, high concentration sterilization, low concentration bacteriostasis, and the action site is on the microbial cell membrane.At high concentrations, bacterial cell membranes are directly destroyed, resulting in exudation of cellular contents and bacterial death, that is, bactericidal effect.At low concentrations, the active ingredients attach to the thin cell membrane, which hinders the absorption of amino acids, uracil and other nutrients necessary for growth by bacteria, thus inhibiting the production of bacteria. Therefore, after using the rinse solution of gingivitis rinser, it can play a lasting bacteriostatic effect even after dilution by oral saliva.
(2) Broad spectrum of bacteriostasis and antimicrobial activity
The gingivitis rinser is a compound preparation of chlorhexidine acetate. Certain staphylococci, Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus salivarius, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli and anaerobic propionic acid bacteria are highly sensitive to chlorhexidine acetate, Streptococcus Haemophilus is moderately sensitive, and Proteus, Pseudomonas, Klebsiella and Gram-negative cocci (such as Veillonella) are low sensitive.Chlorhexidine acetate has a stronger antimicrobial effect on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria than benzalkonium bromide and other disinfections, and is still effective when present in body fluids such as oral saliva.
(3) Clinical role
The mechanism of action of gingivitis rinser is to adsorb to the bacterial cytoplasmic membrane, destroy its permeability barrier, and leak out the contents of cells to play an antimicrobial role.Low concentration has bacteriostatic effect, high concentration has bactericidal effect.Through the above antibacterial mechanisms, oral inflammation caused by bacteria can be effectively prevented.Oral ulcer, acute and chronic pharyngitis, mumps, otitis media and other diseases can effectively prevent soft tissue and organ infections caused by oral bacteria, and can effectively control the Dysbiosis caused by the use of a large number of antibiotics.
